What’s up, guys!?

We’d like to invite all intermediate and advanced students to join our discussion group Use of English at Yahoo!Groups. It’s an opportunity to practice English by exchanging ideas, doing activities, sharing interesting stuff, getting in touch with other EFL students and… having fun!

In other words, the purpose of our group is to help you use your English!

How does it work?

I have a Yahoo! ID

1 - If you have a Yahoo! ID, go to http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/useofenglish and click on Join this Group.

I don’t have a Yahoo! ID

2 - If you don’t have a Yahoo! ID you may register by clicking Sign Up at the top of the page. It’s quick, free and you will have access to a lot of Yahoo! resources. Then follow step 1.

3 - If you don’t have a Yahoo! ID and do not want to create one, you can subscribe to the group’s mailing list via email, by sending a blank email to useofenglish-subscribe@yahoogroups.co.uk.
* When you’re only on the mailing list, you don’t get access to all the group’s web features (Photos, Files, Links, Polls, Calendar.). We strongly advise you to create a Yahoo! account.

Posting and receiving messages

4 - Send your first message to useofenglish@yahoogroups.co.uk with some information about yourself (name, city, age, occupation, level of English, main interests, hobbies and so on).

5 - Every time you send a message to useofenglish@yahoogroups.co.uk each group member receives it. To reply a message from the group, just click on “reply” after reading it.

    fiz um curso na wisdow, mais faz muitos anos que não pego tenho muita dificuldade em me lembrar e falar rapido, pois passo muito tempo pensando como eu possso melhorar. me ajude por favor tenho tanta vontade de falar e entender o que falam , agora mesmo perdi uma bolsa para EUA tudo pago pois tinha que falar fluentemente. tenho tanta inveja de quem fala fluente e escreve. agradeço antecipadamente

    Adoro inglês desde pequena, mas tenho dificuldade no vocabuário e gravar as coisas, gostaria que me ajudassem com “macetes” para aprender mais rápido.
